LHiDS is committed to bringing our products to everyone. We deliver to most countries in the world with reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safe and on time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping: USD$10-15
Express shipping: USD$25-35

We offer customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking on orders over USD$49. (Subject to the total amount with discount applied if shopping discount is applicable) We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it. Some countries only provide express shipping. The cost is USD$25-35.  We provide free shipping for orders over USD$50.

For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

Why is there now a shipping fee for deliveries to the Philippines?

Due to recent challenges with tracking and reliability using standard postal services for shipments to the Philippines, we've transitioned to using FedEx for enhanced reliability, security, and quicker delivery times. However, this change incurs a flat shipping fee of USD 20. This adjustment aims to ensure a smoother and safer delivery experience for our customers in the Philippines.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out. Delivery takes 10-14 working days. Countries in Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America might take up 18 business days for shipments to arrive. We would appreciate your understanding and patience in advance. We do not ship out on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you need more detailed information, please email us We'll help you out!

Why I only received part of my order?

Some orders could be sent separately depending on the number of items and their total weight included. In this case, there could be a possibility that your packages would arrive at different times. If the second package didn't arrive 1-2 days after the receipt of first one, please contact us at, and we will work with you to solve the problem.

Tax and duties

LHiDS don’t charge any tax. As for the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

Unexpected delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
